This is a four color printer that is designed to handle smaller outdoor jobs. The 3500 is a work horse that can print single images 52" w x 129" long on many materials.

This is a six color printer that is for indoor use and really excels at backlit (duratrans type materials) and short term indoor POP & POS products. The down side to these inks is that outside or in direct sunlight indoor the graphics may only last up to 5 days. The machine can also print on a variety of materials.

This is the other version that can handle outdoor and direct sun light POP & POS products. By using six color processes it can reach a Dpi value of 1200 for photo quality.

This six color printer can print up to 90sq' per hour. The main use for this machine is outdoor adhesive backed vinyl. With the new 6700 series inks it can obtain brighter colors and sharper images. This machine is rated high for vehicle graphics as long as you are running all 3M products.
