Professional Image has worked with many event management companies, and we understand there are many special needs when producing an event. In the examples to follow we will give you a brief description of the materials and the timeline in which they were provided in for two major events.

Event 1 - Anaheim Angels 2002 world championship celebration.

On this project the Walt Disney Company Entertainment Division asked us to aid in not only design, but production and delivery. In some cases we were able to deliver grad format signs in less than 4 hours with no rush charges. (This event took place within 1 hour drive time of facility).

Event 2 · Sanyo / Wal-Mart celebration

On this project all transactions took place via phone, internet, and FedEx. This project took place in Tennessee at the Sanyo plant to celebrate Wal-Mart’s 20 millionth television purchase and required certified applicators. One special situation that took place that we believe aided the event management company in capturing the job was our ability to understand the application process for the semi trucks. The trucks were only needed for 3 hours and 300 yards of movement. Instead of using vinyl decal graphics we used four 9’ x 53’ banners that the event management company was able to recycle after the event and hang in the Sanyo factory.
